The coming protests . . .

Well, well . . . it's about time . . .

Europe, which in my books has always been more progressive, liberal (I'm throwing these terms out to give it mere context)and not afraid to voice it's opinion. That is the people, and some government officials, unlike their North American brothers and sisters who are more apt to sit by, watch their Dancing with the Stats, then read, or worse still investigate their world, and the tidal wave of changes occurring in their own backyard.
Having said that, Europeans are well aware of the coming financial tsunami awaiting us all, just over the horizon.

A bit of background . . .

Debt, I won't get into the nitty, gritty details, lets just agree, that debt, both personal and state, is the next major crisis that will befall us all. Well, the Europeans have seen the writing on the wall, and are not pleased by the coming hurt, such that millions upon millions have taken to the streets. This ITN report merely scans across the masses who have become all too aware of the realities of the next few years.

Both the US Federal Reserve head Bernake, along with EU officials have once again made note that the 'economic recovery' will take longer then anticipated. At one point in time Bernake stated the recovery to take flight 2010-2011, though in his defense he was quite particular in the fact that such a recovery would be slow. Now they are projecting such a recovery as needed, won't be showing its head until the very earliest 2013-2015. Which would make this, the second longest economic downturn in modern history.

Now world financial officials are publicly making note that the conditions depended upon such a recovery have not shown to be stable or even sustainable. In the US it's an obvious giant elephant in the room, the accumulated government and personal credit/debt of over 47 trillion dollars. Even if you factor out personal debt, the US federal debt for 2010 is a reported 22 trillion dollars. One must also take into account that, at the peak of the US economic boom bubble period, it's GDP (gross domestic product) merely crested above 21 trillion dollars. It doesn't take a 6 grade education to realize, that with the recession, such GDP is unobtainable, therefore, that 22 trillion, is just piling up, upon the rest of the nations debt. Some have even crunched the numbers to such a degree, and it works out to anywhere between $31,000 - 178,0000 for every man, woman and child. That's not the total, that's the yearly amount owed to . . . get ready . . . throw in the drum roll . . . to the debt holders, who can be listed quite easily; Japan, Britain, the EU and the grand daddy of them all, China.
Now, the US manages their debt through the sale of treasury bonds. As of September the single largest holder of such bonds, is, not China, their in second place, but the US Federal Reserve. Who in turn, print money to buy government bonds, so the cycle continues. Why do such a thing, sounds insane? It's an easy answer, no one else will buy such bonds, for the realistic fear that such bonds will never be paid in full. These bonds, if you do the math, can never be cashed, because by the time they mature, the US will have no choice, but to default on such loans/bonds. Why? It's called the debt spiral, and right now, the US government, federal reserve, treasury and public officials are all well aware of what is going on, and are bracing themselves, for the roller coaster plunge down.

Protests such as those occurring in Europe in regards to Austerity measures, are coming to North America. My personal concern, is for the fact, that in the US, there are more guns then citizens. Imagine a country such as the United States, forced into a top down austerity crunch. Don't think there will be violence? If you don't, you deluding yourself. Just reach back into history, and witness the violent reaction of the American people; Vietnam, race riots, and something I'm old enough to remember, the Rodney King verdict. All localized events, but imagine it across the country.

Here it comes people . . .

I'm not a fear monger, just a realist, aware and concerned enough to take to the keyboard and shout to the world . . .

WAKE UP . . . time is running out . . .

Updates of our world . . .

It's been a while.
As any continual investigation, one has to take a break, less you become totally wrapped in the world for which you are attempting to understand. Having said that, I bring to you several new pieces of information, that might be of interest.

The first one for today, is an odd one, but one that needs to be considered. Now I'm not saying this is apart of the 'real world' for which we all live in, but, taking this news article at face value you have to wonder why no major news service (mainstream) has taken note of this . . .

unexplained 600 ft crack found in Michigan

I'll offer my two cents worth . . .
Since 2009 or earlier, scientist have eluded to the potential gravitational shifts, add to that is the publicly noted shifts in the magnetic north pole, a shift reported to exceed 4% in the past few years. So why is that happening?
Here's a bit science behind it. The earth's core is made up a solid mass, iron like core, surrounded by magma, a super heated liquid mass that is not uniform, therefore it has various ebbs and flows to its shape, thus, creating the magnetic pole we (via technology) and animals rely upon to navigate. It should also be noted that in recent months, of an increased number of marine life beaching themselves, along with that both birds and Monarch butterflies have been reportedly flying or migrating off course.

All the a fore mentioned navigating species require the magnetic pole to continue their flight paths. So when the magnetic field changes, so do their ability to plot their course, so to speak.
Ancient civilizations were fully aware of what we term as magnetic lines, these areas that trace heavy magnetic fields, which in turn are path ways, lines of power, etc . . .

So, with this all being said, lets add a bit more information to this plate. It's been reported on several occasions that other planetary bodies in our solar system are also suffering gravitational alterations. Mars, Jupiter, even Saturn. So Earth is not different. Having said this, the article noted here is in my opinion is merely another example of the cause and effect of changes in our magnetic field. Even NASA, a source I'd always consider to be, how shall I say, suspect, but having said that, the following post, as reported in various additional broadcasts brings things into a new realm of . . . plausibility.

breach in the magnetic field

What does this all mean . . . in a nutshell . . . keep an eye on the ground and sky, because sooner or later, we're all going to be looking to the sky in wonderment, and ask ourselves, "how come we didn't know about this before?"

A good primer for anyone wanting to get a grip on what's going on . . .

Free speech is a rare thing, and every once in a while a documentary emerges that gives the average citizen a chance to see the whole picture . . .

Looking to the future . . .

Signs of things to come . . .

Not only is Greece the lynch pin to Europe's stability, but it's a preview of things to come. Why? What would you do if you lost your job, your car, your home, your very means of survival? What would you do, sit there, and wait for death to claim you and your family? Go and seek a minimal subsistence? Beg? Pander? Consider theft? Or worse, take up arms against those with whom you consider to be the source of the crisis?

I advocate no violence, upon anyone, but I do consider the realities of the situation, and upon reading this article, wonder, how can be not take this to be a sign of things to come . . .

Another sign of things to come . . .

Welcome to the future . . .
This new article caught my attention, mainly as a single example of things to come. We've all seen the effects of this so called 'recession', one has to wonder, what exactly would it take for those with whom we've elected to actually tell us the truth, to the true nature of the economy, both in the United States and various other countries. In this Bloomberg article, the realities of the financial state of California comes into a more focused picture. And yet that's merely the tip of the iceberg. Would you consider this to be a recovery? When (siting US employment numbers)once again we have a rise in jobless claims, as noted in this article.

So where does that leave us, well the best immediate example I can give you, is take a look at Greece, as described in this article, be warned folks, this is just the beginning.

It's been noted, by several sources, that we're merely in the middle innings of a game, started long before any of us were ever born. Stay tuned, stay informed, and remember it was only be truth, love and peace that will set us all free.

Something to consider . . .

The technology we've all come to depend upon, may in fact be making us sick. We've all heard this before, we had the rumors of hot-dogs, aspartame and a whole host of other things that all apparently make us sick. But when it comes to the kids, that's a whole other matter. To use a a phrase from the television show the Simpsons 'think of the children', maybe we should take heed.
I've seen these stories for years, about how cell phones cause brain cancer, how television changes the beta wave patterns of the brain. And yet when situations like the following story continue to appear, one has to wonder, what is really going on.

Your future . . . take a look at the bottom of the cereal box . . .

Okay folks, here's the deal.

So far this year we've had a 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, with an estimated death toll exceeding 300,000, devastating an entire country.

We also had the opening of Burj Khalifa in the United Arab Emirates, the tallest man-made structure on earth, to date.

L’Homme qui marche I by Alberto Giacometti is sold for a record 103 (US) million, setting a record for an auction item.

The President of Niger, Tandja Mamadou is overthrown the military after storming the presidential palace.

A 8.8 magnitude earthquake strikes Chile less then a month after Haiti, triggering a tsunami across the Pacific, while the death toll was light, the size and scope of the quake has been regarded as one of the largest in recent history.

Uganda’s only cultural significance to the World Heritage Site, is destroyed by fire.

And now we come to April, the one month were everything seems to be put on high speed . . .

April 7th, Kyrgyzstan’s President Kurmanbek Bakiyev escapes Bishkek, as riots and fierce fighting erupts across the country.

April 10th, the President of Poland along with 95 others are killed when their plane crashes inside the boarders of Russia.

April 13th, a 6.9 earthquake strikes in Qinghai, China, a death toll that has been reported to exceed 2,000, with another 10,000 reported injured.

April 14th, a volcano underneath the Eyjafjallajokull glacier erupts sending ash across northern and western Europe.

And finally, April 20th, one day after the ash cloud from the Icelandic volcano stops, the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explodes, killing 11, and throws the entire Gulf of Mexico region into chaos for nearly 3 months while BP tries to plug the damn hole.

But wait there is more . . . welcome to 2010 . . .

April 27th, the international credit rating service known as Standard & Poors downgrades Greece’s sovereign credit rating to junk status, resulting in an estimated 160 billion dollar bailout, to stay off a credit crisis throughout Europe.

Wow, only fourth months into the year and just think nine more months to go . . . so what do you think so far?

It’s been quite the year hasn’t it?

Wait there’s more . . .

In May, we have scientists completing the genome sequencing of the Neanderthal, raising suggestions that Homo Sapiens and Neanderthal may have interbred. While at the same time other scientists have managed to create a synthetic functional genome.

Five paintings from Musee d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris were stolen, with an estimated value of €100 million.

And just too round things out . . .

Nine activists aboard a flotilla ship trying to break the Israeli blockade of Gaza are killed by security forces. A mere week later, ethnic riots erupt across Kyrgyzstan, between Kygyz and Uzbeks resulting in death of hundreds.

All this leads into the annual summit of world leaders, titled the G-8 and the G-20.

We’re now in July and most, in not all those listed above have yet to be totally resolved. So where do we go from here?

Back to the bottom of the cereal box.

So does that mean? “The bottom of the cereal box”. In a sense, we all look for the prize in the cereal box, and guess what folks . . . we’re all in for one hell of a prize. What it is, well that takes a grand set of eyes to even attempt to speculate. I say that because no matter what you could think of . . . the truth is always stranger then fiction.

So, where do we go from here?

In the next series of posts, I’ll pick apart all the points necessary to answer the question “where do we go from here?”

In the meantime . . . keep an eye out for the news, pay attention, because when it comes, and it will come . . . it’ll be fast and furious, just like this year has been already . . .

Peace and love will set you free . . .

Ode to sticking your finger into the fan . . .

Go play in traffic . . .
That knife would fit into that plug?
Can I stick my finger in the fan . . .
Smart things to do?

No not really, but we all look to the other side of possibilities and see what we can get away with. Well sorry to say folks, but there is someone out there who's stuck their finger in the fan and got away with it, big time.

Welcome to my blog, and as lame as that intro might be, I thought to slowly drag you kicking and screaming into the real world. Not the Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson, sugar coated candy flossed world you find yourself being sucked into sitting on that couch.
Nope, folks, the wool was pulled over your eyes a long, long time ago, and sorry to say, you, I and we all let it happen, because we were looking the other way.

So, what's the purpose of this blog?
Straight forward, I'd say to inform the public as to the real mechanics behind the curtain we call life, the world we live in, we exist in, and in some cases hide amongst.
In the follow, days and weeks, you'll find a whole assortment of posts, everything from your traditional text posts, to webcomics and even an open discussion, where I'll ask you folks a question and we'll just see how far we can get before . . . we're noticed.
And maybe that's the whole point of this, is to yell loud enough, to be heard, above the drone of crap that fills out everyday life.
While at the same time, this blog is my attempt to unload the stuff I notice and deal with, everyday, without having to dump this upon those who I consider friends, family and others.
So stay tuned . . . cos the fun is about to begin . . .

So . . . you want to join me in stick a finger in the fan?
